Choose your table: The Farm or SuperiorI’m so excited to share the news! I’m opening a small office in Superior and my Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday hours will now be held at 405 Brooklyn Avenue, in the blue building across from the hospital. |
Starting December 21st, appointments scheduled for Monday and Tuesday hours will be at my farm at Crystal Springs, and Wednesday through Friday will be at the office in Superior. |
I know you’ll miss being greeted by the dogs and goats when you arrive, but hopefully this will be more convenient for my western clients — and reduce your time on winter roads. |
Please drop by: Open House 12/15
Please stop by my new space! I’d love to welcome you in, share a cup of tea, and show you around. You can also enter a drawing for a chance to win a massage gun, Epsom salts, or a free massage!
Where: 405 Brooklyn Avenue, Superior
When: Thursday, Dec. 15th, 3-6 p.m.

Quick holiday stress management tip
Holidays can be emotionally trying times. We might see friends or family with whom we have strained or awkward relationships — or we might just be out-of-practice socially. We may deal with strangers or store clerks just as harried as we are.
To counter that pent-up stress, as soon as you greet someone, whether at a gathering, over the phone, or even in a busy checkout line, silently say to them I wish you well.
This suggestion from mindfulness coach Dr. Tina Chadda may help you to feel centered, connected, and a little bit more cheery this holiday season.
