Jaw tension can contribute to all kinds of problems — headaches, neck pain, sinus issues, teeth grinding and more. Try this simple “fish hook” technique to release jaw muscles (masseters) and facial fascia. Put your (clean or gloved) thumb in your mouth toward your back back molars on the opposite-side cheek.
